.Thought of The day

I’m sure we have all ran into this in our travels and each time we are left shaking our heads, and we have that look of disgust as we slowly come to a halt.  It’s a traffic jam and all we can see is cars after cars as far as the eye can see.  But as we look at the lane going the opposite way traffic is smooth sailing, and we say to ourselves I wish I was in that lane.  The Bible states that straight and narrow is the way that leads to Heaven, and few there be that find it.  So narrow it seems that it’s only wide enough to get the other leg in front of the other.  And as you stare ahead you may catch a glimpse of someone ahead.  The Bible also states that broad is the way that lead to destruction and many there be that find it.  Now picture an interstate as wide as a football field, and people are shoulder to shoulder, walking on top of each other.  And as far as the eye can see a wave of people great and small all marching in the same direction. It’s hot, people are ill, and the ramps are full of people trying to merge on.  There are exists where people can get off if they wish, but the farther down you travel, the fewer they become.  Which ever road we find ourselves on is by choice, God didn’t put you there you did.  If you haven’t gotten off the broad yet get off while there is still time, and if you’re on the narrow keep walking my friend, you’ve come to far to give up now.    Food for thought, I hope you’re hungry.
